prednisone purchase canada One of the things I didn’t touch on too much in my last post about Camping with Kids was food
http://orhsband.org/2015/05/orhs-band-trailer-getting-a-make-over/ And let’s face it…
Toddlers NEED food…
They get HANGRY…
So, here’s what we packed for our weekend trip (we had a refrigerator, also):
We just got back from a weekend camping (Ok, GLAMping) trip.
We stayed in a cabin.
But there were still some things we needed to pack and prepare for bringing along two toddlers.
I wanted to stay in/ near Crystal River, so we could see the manatees.
I went to the dollar store and bought little ribbon dancers (remember those?!)
And glow stick necklaces and bracelets
We brought shovels (which didn’t get used)
And fishing poles. Which definitely got used.
I am usually SO hesitant about crockpot meals.
To be honest, I’ve not had the best of luck with them.
My meat always comes out dry.
But this recipe.
THE. BEST. CROCKPOT. RECIPE.
I’ve ever made!
It starts with these simple ingredients (I didn’t even have to go to the store to get them!):
This past week, my husband turned 33. It’s not a big milestone birthday but I still wanted to do something for it. So, I planned a camping party, since we are going camping next weekend!
For ideas, I scoured Pinterest and made my own Camping Party board there.
We made this sign from scrap wood laying around in the garage. I accidentally spelled our name wrong! LOL I fixed it the day of the party.
For Easter, we did a few crafts and successfully dyed Easter eggs! I finally decided to take it outside!
I moved the girls’ table onto the sidewalk and put aprons on them.
They had a blast!
I did one egg with shaving cream and blue and purple dye! It came out really pretty.
