I use this recipe as my afternoon snack most of the time.

They help whenever I’m feeling “hangry.”

Protein Balls

1/3 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 honey
3 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

The original recipe called for 3 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips as well, but I feel that, with the chocolate protein powder, it wasn’t necessary.

I scoop these out (about a tablespoon size) onto a piece of parchment paper-lined tupperware and refrigerate.

Then, enjoy one a day for about a week!
