This is a one-pot, easy, weeknight, throw together and EVERYONE will actually eat (for the nights you don’t feel like fighting the kids to eat) recipe.
Pineapple pieces (You can buy canned, but I buy fresh from Publix and cut up smaller)
A can of Baked Beans (28 oz.-I use Homestyle)
Barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Rays is what I used)
Brown the chicken in the pan first
Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer until hot.
Serve over King’s Hawaiian Rolls
